TUCSON, Ariz. – Truly Nolen Pest Control recently announced the promotion of Garrett Rabe to collaboration specialist for the company’s information technology department.
Rabe joined the company in July 2018, and in his most recent role, he was the help desk team lead. In his new role, he will work with the company’s voice, video and other collaboration services to enable communication and collaboration as effectively as possible.
Prior to joining Truly Nolen, Rabe worked for 11 years as a corrections officer for the Arizona Department of Corrections.
“Garrett excelled with leading our Help Desk Team, identifying procedures for efficiency, reviewing the software suites we have now and coming up with innovative solutions,” said George Lawlor, IT Director. “He was an easy choice for his new position, and I look forward to his continued growth within our company.”
