TUCSON, Ariz. – Truly Nolen Pest Control recently announced the promotion of Ann Hall to business manager for Miami-Dade and Monroe Counties offices. She will be based out of the company’s Central Miami, Fla., service office.
Hall joined Truly Nolen in August 1995 as a customer service representative and has worked in multiple departments during her nearly 30-year tenure including North Miami residential and the marketing and public relations department. Prior to her new role, she was a customer concierge in the West Broward service office covering Broward, Palm Beach, Martin and St. Lucie Counties.
Prior to joining the company, she worked at Norstar Bank in the World Trade Center, Building One, in New York City where she processed hundreds of checks for credit card payments.
“I am excited to be able to offer my assistance to a wider group of team members and getting to know more about them,” said Hall. “My favorite thing about working for Truly Nolen is that everyone on our team has the ability to make a career change without leaving the company.”
“Ann’s three decades of residential sales and service knowledge along with her knowledge of the company’s marketing history made her the perfect person for this role,” said David Batista, area manager, Miami-Dade/Monroe. “She is respected by everyone she meets, and I look forward to her continued success with our company.”
