TUCSON, Ariz. – Truly Nolen Pest Control recently announced the promotion of Kenneth Hamilton to manager for the company’s commercial service office in San Diego, Calif., and Mark Diezel to manager of the company’s Green Valley, Ariz., office.
Hamilton joined Truly Nolen in 2021 as a residential outside sales representative for the San Diego residential service office and recently participated in the company’s manager-in-training program. Prior to joining Truly Nolen, he was a service technician for Pete Paniagua’s Termite and Pest. Hamilton graduated San Diego State University in 2017 with a bachelor’s in international security and conflict resolution.
Some of Hamilton’s new responsibilities will include helping the service office continue to maintain visibility with the local San Diego commercial community as well as instilling the company’s core values throughout his team.
“I am most excited about the opportunity to grow our commercial market here in San Diego because there is a ton of opportunity here,” said Hamilton. “My favorite thing about working for Truly Nolen is our culture because there is a strong sense of togetherness and family here that you will not find in most companies our size.”
Diezel joined Truly Nolen in 2015 as a commercial sales representative and has held a variety of positions, including manager of the company’s Phoenix, Ariz., service office. Prior to joining Truly Nolen, he worked for Sherwin Williams for a year and also owned his own company for nearly 25 years.
Some of Diezel’s new responsibilities will include helping the service office gain more visibility with the local Green Valley community as well as instilling the company’s core values throughout his team.
“Mark’s extensive pest control experience, previous success in Phoenix, and true passion for helping others made him an easy choice for his new position,” said Desi Rodriguez, Truly Nolen District Manager, Tucson and Southern Arizona. “I am glad he is part of our team and I look forward to seeing where he takes Green Valley in the future.”
