Truly Nolen Promotes Harush, Alvare

Harush was promoted to operations manager of the company’s Miami-Dade, Fla., commercial service office, and Alvare was promoted to operations manager of the company’s South Miami service office.

TUCSON, Ariz. — Truly Nolen Pest Control announced the promotion of Yossi Harush and Gus Alvare to management positions.

Harush was promoted to operations manager of the company’s Miami-Dade, Fla., commercial service office. He joined Truly Nolen in August 2021 as a commercial technician for the company’s Broward/Palm Beach County commercial service office and spent the next four years taking on more responsibilities in multiple roles.

Harush holds two degrees, an associate degree in Business Administration and an associate degree in child development from Tel Aviv University in Israel.

“What excites me the most about my new role is the impact I can have on others,” he said. “I enjoy influencing and inspiring my teammates to push themselves to be better every day and to take pride in their accomplishments. My favorite thing about working for Truly Nolen is knowing my future development is in my hands.”

The company said Harush’s responsibilities include helping the service office gain more visibility with the local community and instilling the company’s core values throughout his team.

Alvare was promoted to operations manager of the company’s South Miami service office. He joined Truly Nolen in March 2025 as a manager-in-training.  Alvare holds a bachelor’s in supervision and management from Miami-Dade College and an MBA from Valencia International University in Spain.

“I am most excited to continue the same culture I was brought in with and do what I can to help my team be successful every day,” he said. “My favorite thing about working for Truly Nolen is the family environment along with the amount of resources available and people we can contact for assistance within the company.”

The company said Alvare’s new responsibilities include helping the service office gain more visibility with the local South Miami community as well as instilling the company’s core values throughout his team.
