TUCSON, Ariz. – Truly Nolen Pest Control recently announced the promotion of Cyndreka Havard to manager of the company’s Houston service office at 15309-A Gulf Freeway.
Havard joined Truly Nolen in May 2016 and was most recently in the company’s Manager-in-Training program. Prior to joining Truly Nolen, Havard was a manager at Panera Bread in Lafayette, La. for seven years. She graduated from Jackson State University in Mississippi with a degree in Biology and from Belhaven University in Mississippi with a Master’s in Business Administration.
Some of Havard’s new responsibilities will include helping the service office gain more visibility with the local Houston community as well as instilling the company’s core values throughout her team. “I am excited about the opportunity to cultivate our company culture into my service office and move us forward in a new direction for long-term growth and development,” said Havard. “My favorite thing about working for our company is there is always so much support around us.”
“Cyndreka has demonstrated time and time again her passion for our profession from school visits to helping the Houston community recover following Hurricane Harvey,” said Robert King, District Manager, Texas and Albuquerque, N.M. “Her passion radiates every team member she comes in contact with and I am so happy to have her as part of our team.”
