TUCSON, Ariz. – Truly Nolen Pest Control recently announced the promotion of Reuben Hill to sales manager for the company’s Northern Arizona service offices, and Robert Munoz to business manager of the company’s West Texas and New Mexico service offices.

Hill joined Truly Nolen in 2012 as a sales representative in Tucson, Ariz. After three years as a sales rep, he transitioned to the sales supervisor role for the company’s call center. In 2017, Hill progressed into a sales inspector role, where he received the company’s prestigious President’s Club recognition multiple times. Hill relocated to Gilbert, Ariz., in 2023, where he has now assumed his new role as sales manager.

Prior to joining the company, Hill completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Arizona.

“My primary objective in this new role is to cultivate a robust and high-performing sales team,” said Hill. “I look forward to supporting my team and am fully committed to ensuring their growth and success.”

Munoz joined Truly Nolen in 2011 as a pest control technician. Prior to joining the company, he worked for El Paso Water Utilities for 21 years as a customer service manager. He graduated from the University of Texas at El Paso with a degree in secondary education.

“I have been fortunate to work with Robert for over a decade, and his vast experience in different roles at Truly Nolen coupled with his background in administrative management made him the perfect person for this position,” said Emily Cruz, area manager, West Texas and New Mexico. “He is committed to assisting our team in any way he can and I am excited to see his continued success as we continue to grow in West Texas and New Mexico.”
