TUCSON, Ariz. – Truly Nolen Pest Control recently announced the promotion of Tonya Hmelar to the newly-created position of eastern region customer service representative trainer. Her office will be based out of the company’s Bonita Springs (Fla.) service office (25071 Bernwood Drive).
Hmelar joined the company in 2003 and was previously the late Truly David Nolen’s executive assistant in Naples. Prior to working for Mr. Nolen directly, Hmelar was a customer service administrative assistant at the company’s Orlando service office. Before joining the company, she was a receptionist and a stay-at-home mother.
Some of Hmelar’s new responsibilities will include working closely with customer service representatives and helping to develop and train them. “I am excited to help develop our team members’ customer service skills into the best they can be,” said Hmelar. “I enjoy working with a company that makes me feel like I am important and that we are a family.”
