Truly Nolen
TUCSON, Ariz – Truly Nolen Pest Control announced two managerial promotions: James Alfaro was promoted to sales manager for Texas and New Mexico service offices and James Morrell to manager of the company’s Brandon, Fla., office.
Alfaro was a district manager for Leslie's Pool Supplies for 10 years before joining Truly Nolen. He earned an associate degree from Blin College in Brenham, Texas. Alfaro joined Truly Nolen in 2013 as a sales coordinator in Houston. He was promoted to manager of the Dallas office in 2016 where he worked to develop other partners and relationships. He transferred to Galveston in 2018 where he served as a manager.
“I have the opportunity to focus on sales growth and development which is what I am most passionate about,” said Alfaro. “I am most excited about being part of the development of our salespeople and watching them grow in their positions.”
Emily Cruz, area manager of West Texas and New Mexico, added,
“James created a great culture in both Dallas and Galveston and has developed three President’s Club members along the way. His continued success made him an easy choice for this new role, and I am glad he is a member of my team.”
Morrell spent eight years in the pest control industry in sales, service management and commercial sales. He earned a mathematics degree from SUNY-Oswego in New York. Morrell joined Truly Nolen in November 2021 as a manager-in-training and most recently was the manager of the company’s service office in Sarasota, Fla.
Morrell will now maintain visibility with the local Brandon community and instill the company’s core values throughout his team.
“My favorite thing about working for Truly Nolen is having the freedom of building our business with an entrepreneurial spirit but having a team of people in your corner driving towards our goals," said Morrell.
Lee Blair, senior district manager, said Morrell’s nearly decade of experience, "strong drive, and great sense of humor fits in perfectly with our company’s core values and culture, and I am eager to see his continued growth with our company in Brandon.”
