Truly Nolen
TUCSON, Ariz. – Truly Nolen Pest Control recently promoted Nanette Marchello to national recruiting manager, Jeremy Christopherson to manager of the company’s SaddleBrooke, Ariz., service office and David Bolton to national commercial division manager.
Marchello first joined Truly Nolen in September 2011 and has spent more than 12 years in the human resources department, actively developing and implementing a comprehensive recruitment plan for the company. Prior to joining Truly Nolen, she has an additional 20 years of HR and talent acquisition industry experience with multiple companies in Phoenix, Ariz., and Houston, Texas, and has trained many executive, regional and field managers on a variety of interviewing techniques. In addition to her HR background, Marchello is a certified paralegal.

Christopherson joined Truly Nolen in July 2017 as a sales professional at the company’s flagship Tucson, Ariz., service office, where he made President’s Club multiple times due to his success. Prior to joining the company, he worked for Burns Pest Elimination in Phoenix, Ariz., as a service/sales coordinator for two years. Christopherson attended the University of Phoenix and graduated with a GPA of 3.6 in business management of marketing.
Some of his new responsibilities will include helping the service office gain visibility with the local SaddleBrooke community as well as instilling the company’s core values throughout his team.
“My favorite thing about working for Truly Nolen is meeting new customers every day and being able to have a Flexible and adaptable schedule so that I can also spend quality time with my family,” said Christopherson. “I am most excited about the opportunity to demonstrate my leadership skills so that I can hopefully inspire and motivate my team to achieve their goals.”
The company's national commercial division manages pest control in all 50 states and for some of the largest companies, brands and restaurants throughout the U.S.
Bolton has been with Truly Nolen since 2012 where he was previously manager of the company’s Green Valley and flagship Tucson service offices before serving as the national commercial branch manager the last seven years. Prior to joining the company, he spent 12 years in the rental car industry as a district manager for Avis/Budget. In addition, Bolton is a graduate of the University of Northern Arizona.
Bolton’s business background and proven managerial skills within the company has him ready for his new challenge. “I am most excited about continuing to grow our National Commercial Division. I am very passionate about our growth potential and our ability to service customers anywhere in the country at a high level,” said Bolton. “My absolute favorite thing about Truly Nolen is the people. We have a great team here at National Commercial and the support we receive from the company as a whole is outstanding.”
