Truly Nolen Promotes Masferrer

TUCSON, Ariz. – Truly Nolen Pest Control announced the promotion of Rafael Masferrer to senior operations support.

Masferrer joined the company in 2010 as a service supervisor and sales partner, and has held multiple management positions for the company including senior district manager in southeast Florida.  

He worked in the automotive industry as a service consultant for General Motors and Honda for six years, and operated a family business of three Miami clothing stores for seven years.

Masferrer earned a master degree in business from Nova Southeastern University in 2016.

Masferrer’s new responsibilities will include overseeing areas of the management-in-training program, resource allocation, customer alert and outline review and vehicle stewardship and efficiency.
