TUCSON, Ariz. – Truly Nolen Pest Control announced the promotion of Frank McKeon to franchise administrator and David Apgar to manager of the company’s Lake Mary, Fla., service office.
McKeon first joined the company in July 2003 as a human resources (HR) administrator in Phoenix, Ariz., and moved to Orlando, Fla., several years ago. Earlier this year, he began transitioning to the domestic franchise division after nearly two decades in HR.
Prior to joining the company, McKeon worked in the restaurant industry for one year. He holds an accounting degree from Appalachian State University.
“Frank has been a stalwart for our company for 20 years and when this new opening appeared, I was glad that he was interested in the role,” said Lance Washington, director of domestic franchising and acquisitions for Truly Nolen. “His terrific people skills and ability to multi-task, which made him successful with HR, made him the perfect choice and I am glad he is part of our Franchising team.”
Apgar joined Truly Nolen in 2015 as a sales coordinator. Prior to joining the company, he spent 15 years working for three different pest control companies in New Jersey. In addition, he attended East Stroudsburg University in Pennsylvania and majored in education.
