Truly Nolen Promotes Marchello to National Recruiting Manager

TUCSON, Ariz.– Truly Nolen Pest Control recently promoted Nanette Marchello to national recruiting manager. She will remain based at the company’s human resources headquarters, 2929 N. 44th St., Suite 320, Phoenix.

Marchello first joined Truly Nolen in September 2011 and has spent more than 12 years in the HR department actively developing and implementing a comprehensive recruitment plan for the company.

Prior to joining Truly Nolen, she has an additional 20 years of HR and talent acquisition industry experience with multiple companies in Phoenix and Houston and has trained many executive, regional and field managers on a variety of interviewing techniques.

In addition to her HR background, Marchello is a certified paralegal.
