TUCSON, Ariz. – Truly Nolen Pest Control announced the promotion of Neal Killian to area manager of Central Florida. He will remain based at the company’s East Coast Operations Headquarters at 2082 33rd St., Orlando, Fla.
Killian joined Truly Nolen in July 2020 as a manager-in-training and was most recently manager of the Orlando residential service office. Prior to joining the company, he spent 10 years in the restaurant industry where he was a manager for Bonefish Grill and Beef ‘O’ Brady’s. He holds a bachelor’s degree in management from Eastern Florida State College.
Some of Killian’s new responsibilities will include district authority overseeing the company’s service offices in Orlando, Lakeland, Lake Mary, Winter Garden and Melbourne.
“I am most excited about delivering an exceptional customer experience, building our team culture and growing the Central Florida market,” said Killian. “My favorite thing about working at Truly Nolen is the opportunity to help develop others. Many team members have career goals, but may need some guidance or advice on how to reach those goals.”
