TUCSON, Ariz.– Truly Nolen Pest Control announced the promotion of Mark Ringlstetter to vice president of training/technical services and customer care, effective Jan. 1. His office will remain based out of the company’s corporate headquarters at 432 S. Williams Avenue, Tucson.
Ringlstetter has been a member of the Truly Nolen family since 2001, beginning as a commercial sales Inspector at the company's Palm Desert, Calif. service office, but also serving as a service office manager in Palm Springs, Anaheim, and San Diego as well as district manager for California. In 2014, he was promoted to director of training and technical services. Most recently, Ringlstetter added the responsibility of overseeing the company’s Customer Care Center.
Prior to joining Truly Nolen, Ringlstetter spent 20 years in retail management, using his knowledge to his advantage in customer satisfaction and product quality.
As announced at the company’s annual Manager Meeting in mid-January, Ringlstetter will serve as a company Corporate Officer and continue to oversee all technical aspects for the 80-year-old family-owned company as well as ensuring training programs are developed and maintained to promote empowered service office managers throughout the country. In addition, he will continue to oversee the quality of the company’s services, technical procedures, and call center procedures with a focus on safety.
“Having worked with Mark for 17 years, I am thankful for all of his contributions over the years and know he will excel in this new leadership role,” said Greg Weatherly, Executive Vice President. “I am happy he is a part of our team and look forward to his continued success.”
