TUCSON, Ariz. – Truly Nolen Pest Control recently announced the promotion of Destineelee Schmidt to customer care center operations manager in Tucson, Ariz.
Schmidt joined the company in 2017 and has worked in several roles at the Care Center over the last seven years, with her most recent role being a team leader for the last five years. Prior to Truly Nolen, she was a store manager of a Subway back in her home state of Kansas and was in the food service industry for five years.
Some of Schmidt’s new responsibilities will include overseeing the customer care center (CCC) team leaders and customer service representatives, the CCC training department, working with branch operation managers and expanding her work with business managers.
“I am most excited about the opportunity to help grow our CSRs and continue my work with Business and Operations Managers to improve communications overall,” said Schmidt. “My favorite thing about working for Truly Nolen is the positive environment I get to walk into every day; everyone says they have an open door policy and I have yet to meet anyone who has not absolutely meant that.”
“Having worked with Destineelee for her entire tenure here, her desire to help our customers along with improving our overall customer service communications made her the perfect person for this new role,” said Kaylieha Nielsen, customer care center manager. “I am excited to see her continue to grow and I am happy she is part of my team.”
