Truly Nolen
TUCSON, Ariz. – Truly Nolen Pest Control announced the promotion of Michael Smith to operation manager of the company’s Sierra Vista, Ariz. service office at 200 East Myer Drive.
Smith, who joined Truly Nolen in October 2022 as a sales coordinator, quickly exceled in that role and then entered the company’s manager-in-training program in December 2024.
Prior to joining Truly Nolen, Smith was the facility director for a local automotive group for 13 ½ years, and spent five years in the pest control industry prior to that. He holds a teacher education degree from the University of Oklahoma.
Some of Smith’s new responsibilities will include helping the service office gain more visibility with the local Sierra Vista community as well as instilling the company’s core values throughout his team.
“I am most excited about helping build our team into a family and helping make each of them successful in their roles,” said Smith. “My favorite thing about working for Truly Nolen is helping people solve their pest problems. And helping others within our company when they have questions for me.”
