Truly Nolen
TUCSON, Ariz. – Truly Nolen Pest Control recently announced the promotion of Nichole Dmytriw to business manager of the company’s California service offices, Scott Barber to business manager of the company’s city of Cape Coral, Charlotte & Sarasota, Fla., service offices and April Eggleston to manager of the company’s Sun City, Ariz., service office.
Dmytriw joined Truly Nolen in April of 2023 as a part of the company’s manager-in-training Program. Prior to joining the company, she worked as the operations manager for The Bugman, with 18 years of experience in the pest control and termite industry.
“The most exciting thing about working as the California Business Manager is getting to work directly with each Branch Manager to help improve and develop the entire District,” said Dmytriw. “My favorite part of working for Truly Nolen is the kindness of each and every person within the company. I love that we are a large company with such a great family atmosphere and am very pleased with the development and learning opportunities I have already received while working here.”
Barber joined Truly Nolen in May of 1989 as a lawn technician. He was then promoted to supervisor, and has managed multiple service offices across Southwest Florida throughout his career. Prior to joining the company, he was a manager at Winn-Dixie Supermarket.
“Scott’s attention to detail, vast knowledge of our industry, and strong business sense makes him a perfect selection as Business Manager,” said Dave Scott, district manager, Southwest Florida. “In addition, his contribution to our lawn program over the last 35 years has been immeasurable.”
Eggleston joined Truly Nolen in August 2021 as a part of their manager-in-training Program. Prior to joining the company, she managed a radiology imaging clinic for three years. Some of Eggleston’s responsibilities will include helping the service office increase visibility with the local Sun City, Ariz., community as well as instilling the company’s core values throughout her team.“I am most excited to work for a company that I love, where I get the opportunity to problem-solve and implement solutions for my branch and team,” said Eggleston. “My favorite thing about working for Truly Nolen is the chance to learn about and interact with insects, as I find them fascinating.”
