TUCSON, Ariz – Truly Nolen Pest Control announced the promotion of Michael Barcelo to sales supervisor of the company’s Customer Care Center in Tucson, Ariz.
In his new role, Barcelo will coach and develop team members, help provide a successful environment for the company’s employees and provide customer service for the company’s customers and potential customers.
“I love coming to work every day because I know we make a difference in our customers’ lives,” said Barcelo. “I’m so excited about my new role and cannot wait to hit the ground running.”
Barcelo has been with Truly Nolen since 2008 when he joined the company as a salesman at the Tucson service office. In 2009, he transferred to the Customer Care Center team and has served as an agent and a team leader.
