TUCSON, Ariz. – Truly Nolen announced it has promoted Mark Ringlstetter as Director of Training and Technical Services in Tucson. Ringlstetter has held various positions within the company including sales inspector, branch manager, and district manager in California. He'll now work from Truly Nolen’s Tucson headquarters.
Starting his career in 2001, Ringlstetter joined the Truly Nolen family with an extensive background in retail, using his knowledge to his advantage in customer satisfaction and product quality. With his new position, Ringlstetter will be relocating to Tucson.
“I’m excited and open to the change that’s ahead of me with the move to Tucson,” said Ringlstetter. “This is a great opportunity. I’m looking forward to getting more involved with Truly Nolen and the great people that work here.”
Effective immediately, Mark will now lead all technical aspects for the 75-year-old family-owned company as well as ensuring training programs are developed and maintained to promote empowered branch managers throughout the country. The quality of Truly Nolen services and technical procedures will also be managed by Ringlstetter and his team, guaranteeing the brand’s consistency.
