NAPLES, Fla. — Lance Washington, a member of the Truly Nolen family for 15 years, has been promoted to district manager of the South Florida region.
Beginning as a service supervisor in Fort Myers, Fla., Washington developed the skills that have led to his advancement within the company. Throughout Washington’s 15-year tenure in the Truly Nolen family, he has held the branch manager position in the Bonita Springs, Fort Myers and Naples locations. Over the past four years he has been a treasured manager in Truly Nolen President’s Club.
As district manager, Washington will now oversee six Truly Nolen branches with locations in Naples, Marco Island, Key Largo and Miami. His priorities include keeping all employees on task with the company vision and acting as support for all aspects of sales, administrative and services.
“Lance Washington has always stood out from the crowd,” said Justin Bellet, vice president of operations. “His exuberance, passion for the company and drive to develop his team is infectious.”
