TUCSON, Ariz. – Truly Nolen Pest Control recently announced the promotion of Justin Wichman and Erik Eaker. Wichman becomes manager of the company's West Palm Beach (Fla.) service office, while Eaker is manager of the company’s Sun City (Ariz.) service office.
Wichman joined the company in 2015 and was promoted to his new position following completion of the company’s manager-in-training program. Prior to joining Truly Nolen, Wichman spent over 10 years as a manager in the hospitality industry handling everything from store openings up to multi-unit management. He graduated from Waukesha County Technical College with a degree in Culinary Arts.
Some of Wichman’s new responsibilities will include helping the service office continue to maintain visibility with the local West Palm Beach community as well as instilling the company’s core values throughout his team. “I enjoy working for a company that cares about people and is transparent with the employees,” said Wichman. “I look forward to helping my service office reach new heights.”
Eaker joined the company in August 2016 and was promoted to his new position following completion of the company’s manager-in-training program. Prior to joining Truly Nolen, Eaker spent the last six years as District Director for Goodwill of Central Arizona and 24 years in the retail industry overall.
Some of Eaker’s new responsibilities will include helping the service office continue to maintain visibility with the local Sun City community as well as instilling the company’s core values throughout his team. “I believe the training I received was second to none and I am excited to give back and make a difference in my new position,” said Eaker. “I am ready to help add values to the lives we touch.”
