TUCSON, Ariz. – Truly Nolen Pest Control recently announced the promotion of Justin Wichman to people development manager. When not in the field, Wichman will remain based at the company’s West Palm Beach (Fla.) service office at 2994-B Jog Road, Greenacres.
Wichman joined the company in 2015, and over the last nine years, he has served in multiple roles as well as having been a trainer and a mentor. Most recently, he had served as the company’s manager-in-training coordinator. Prior to joining Truly Nolen, Wichman spent over 10 years as a manager in the hospitality industry handling everything from store openings up to multi-unit management. He graduated from Waukesha County Technical College with a degree in Culinary Arts.
Some of Wichman’s responsibilities in this newly created position include looking at the company’s development and training holistically, and supporting personal and professional development for each team member.
