FORT MEYERS, Fla. — Truly Nolen of America announced the promotion of Dave Scott to district manager of the western Florida region. Scott will monitor and evaluate administrative staff and technicians, and handle the operations of 11 southwest Florida area branches.
Scott joined the Truly Nolen team in 1997 as a salesman in Fort Myers. In his first year in sales, Scott sold enough pest control products to make the President’s Club, an honor bestowed on the company’s top salesman. Shortly after, he entered into the Manager Training Program and has since managed branches in Fort Myers, Lehigh and Naples, Fla. He again made Presidents Club in 2002 as a manager, which means Scott ran one of the top three branches in the company that year.
Recently, Scott has been running the Naples branch which has been ranked as one of the top branches almost every year
“Dave has shown passion and dedication for our customers and employees year after year,” said Justin Bellet, vice president of eastern operations. “He has helped to develop many careers, and has taken each branch he has managed into the company’s top ranks, which has earned him the position of district manager.”
