LEHIGH ACRES, Fla. and PRESCOTT, Ariz. — Truly Nolen of America announced the recent promotion of Michael Lake to branch manager in Lehigh Acres (500 Lee Blvd.) In his new role, Lake will monitor and evaluate administrative staff and technicians, and handle the day-to-day operations.
Lake has more than five years of experience in the pest control industry. He started at Truly Nolen in July 2010. After joining the company one year ago, Lake entered and successfully completed the Manager Training Program.
“This is Michael’s first assignment as a branch manager, and he’ll get the chance to use his impressive management skills,” said Frank Lacono, district manager of Southwest Florida. “I look forward to his continued growth and success with the company.”
Truly Nolen of America also announced the recent promotion of Tammy Pyeatt to branch manager in Prescott (6594 E. Second St.). She will monitor and evaluate administrative staff and technicians, and handle the day-to-day operations.
Pyeatt started at Truly Nolen as a termite technician over three years ago. She was quickly promoted and became a pest control technician, a position she held for a year. She then switched her career focus to sales and became a sales inspector.
After her success at several positions with the company, Tammy joined the Manager-Training-Program. She completed it last month.
“This is Tammy’s first assignment as a branch manager and will get a chance to put to use her she impressive management skills,” said Dave Johnson, district manager of central Arizona. “I look forward to her continued growth and success with the company.”
