Tyro Group Expands to the U.S. With EnviroSMART Acquisition

ELVERURM, Norway - Tyro Group, based in Elverum, Norway, announced the acquisition of EnviroSMART Multifamily Pest Solutions, an environmental and pest control provider based in the United States. Tyro Group said the acquisition marks a major milestone as its first outside Europe, signaling its expansion into the U.S. market and reinforcing what it described as its commitment to building a group of carefully selected, high-performing and customer-focused pest control businesses.

Founded in 2009, EnviroSMART is known for its dedication to delivering services to multifamily property customers across Texas. EnviroSMART ranked No. 79 on this year's PCT Top 100 list with reported revenues of $10.7 million.
