The United Producers Formulators & Distributors Association (UPFDA) will be holding its annual Spring Conference April 21-23, at the Marriott McDowell Mountains, Scottsdale, Ariz.
The event will bring together representatives from across North America for sessions devoted to regulatory and legislative affairs, meeting management and how manufacturers and distributors can work together for the benefit of both parties. Speakers and sessions include:
From the Manufacturer’s Perspective – MGK President Steve Gullickson, past RISE chairman, discusses the “other view” and how manufacturers and distributors work together successfully.
NPMA Update – NPMA’s Bob Rosenberg and Alexis Wirtz will provide an update on how UPFDA and NPMA are working together to serve PCOs, as well as provide an update on the association's regulatory activities.
The World of Distribution — PCT Publisher Dan Moreland will review a recent research project that explores the impact and outreach of industry distributors and PMP perceptions of the distributor community.
Travel Trends, Meeting Management and Working with Business – Kris Haugen and David Glover, Marriott Corp., will review how to maximize travel and meetings.
