Victory Pest Adds Bill Devine as Director of Business Development

BOONTON, N.J. – Victory Pest Solutions announced that Bill Devine has joined their team as director of business development. Devine has more than 30 years of experience in the pest control industry.

After graduating with a business degree from William Paterson University, he started in pest control in the 1990s at Western Pest Services and worked his way from an account executive to branch management, district sales manager, regional sales manager and national sales manager.

From Western, he moved up to vice president of sales positions at several companies, including Steritech and JP McHale.

“Bill brings a vast knowledge of the industry, an outstanding work ethic, and a talent for finding and developing new business opportunities” said Len Oppenberg, president of Victory Pest Solutions. “We’ve been friends for many years and I have always admired his optimism and unrelenting drive. Through Bill’s leadership we intend to develop a sales team to continue our robust growth and expansion.”

Victory Pest Solutions focuses on commercial pest management in New York and New Jersey, operating out of three locations, one in Northern N.J., one at the Jersey Shore, and one in Manhattan with the goals of opening in Philadelphia and Atlantic City within the next two years.
