Viking Acquires Knock-Out Pest Control

Viking Termite and Pest Control, located throughout New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania, has announced that it has acquired Knock-Out Pest Control.

Founded by James J. Vigilante and based out of Parsippany, N.J., Knock-Out Pest Control primarily services the commercial and property management arena of the marketplace. Vigilante will remain with Viking in a consulting role and continue to maintain relationships with his customer base.

“I had the ability to contact other companies interested in acquiring my business, but colleagues in pest control spoke so strongly about Viking. Being familiar with their strong reputation and family value roots, combined with how I was made to feel they would do right by my employees and customers, the transition was easy for me,” Vigilante said.
