WARREN, N.J. — Ryan Bradbury, president of Viking Termite & Pest Control, announced the acquisition of Merlin’s Pest Control. Merlin’s serviced both commercial and residential customers throughout New Jersey. The acquisition continues to strengthen Viking's market share throughout New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania.
Dave Castro, founder of Merlin’s Pest Control, will be retiring and is pleased that his employees, including his son, will remain with Viking.
"With the constant changes in our industry Viking continues to grow our customer base both organically and by way of merger and acquisition. We have been able to come up with merger solutions that have been lucrative to companies looking to sell. The transition of new customers and employees has been very smooth. Viking will continue to make more acquisitions in the near future," said Ryan Bradbury.
PCO M&A Specialists, a division of PCO Bookkeepers, acted as exclusive financial advisor to Merlins Pest Control.
