EDISON, N.J. - Voice for Pest, a diverse technology company that provides voice and data solutions to the pest control industry, announced that Carl Hayden, former IT director for Dodson’s Pest Control, has joined the company’s technical division.
“After being a customer of Voice for Pest for the past 11 years, I feel I know their systems as well as their team members,” said Hayden. “When the opportunity to work with such great people, and return to the pest control industry presented itself, I jumped on it.”
Hayden will be heading up many of Voice for Pest’s customer onboarding processes, including base telephone solution rollouts, pest software integrations, CSR/Call Center deployments and VFP’s latest integrated Technician Smartphone or Tablet applications.
“With his tenure at Dodson, Carl joins our expanding group of talented people with tremendous pest control industry experience,” said Tom Welsh, president of Voice for Pest. “In addition to his technical acumen, Carl will be able to go much deeper in servicing our existing base and onboarding new Customers due to his depth of knowledge in this industry.”
