CLEVELAND, Tenn. - Volunteer Rid A Pest announces the acquisition of Pestaway Corp., on Oct. 1.
Pestaway Corp. founders and owners, Troy and Jeanette Donaldson, have experienced health issues and are unable to carry on the operation of the business. Their daughter and son, Joyce Womack and Eddie Hamby, are retiring to care for their elderly parents.
“As we merge these two companies, our management team has taken over the day-to-day operation of the business and will make certain to serve our new Pestaway customers well,” said Erik Gardner, CEO of Volunteer Rid A Pest.
Gardner added, “This merger gives our company a stronger reach into McMinn County and solidifies our company as the dominant player in the Athens/McMinn County market.”
