FREDERICKSBURG, Va. - The Virginia Pest Management Association will be hosting a webinar on Aug. 27 that includes a regulatory update and sessions on mosquito control, small fly management and termites.
The event live streams from 7:45 a.m. – 1:15 p.m., and is free to VPMA members ($50 for non members).
Attendees can earn recertification credits in Virginia categories 7A, 7B, 8 and 60, and applied for in the corresponding categories in MD, NC & WV. This will be the last opportunity to earn recertification credits from VPMA prior to the extended VDACS deadline of August 29th.
The event fetures a VDACS Regulatory Update presented by Robert Christian and three 1-hour sessions presented by VPMA Gold Education sponsors as outlined below:
- Mosquito Control for PMPs presented by Joe Barile, Bayer
Small Fly Management in Restaurants, Food Facilities and Schools presented by Dr. Reid Ipser
Termite Biology and Termidor Interactions presented by Dr. Jason Meyers - BASF
