GREENVILLE, S.C. - Walker Pest Management announced two internal promotions and the creation of two new roles, business administrator and operations manager.
Amity Marcy has been promoted from office manager to business administrator. Marcy joined Walker Pest Management more than two years ago and has more than 15 years of leadership experience in the hospitality industry. During her time with the company, she has supported internal operations and the customer service team. In her new role, Marcy will oversee broader business administration and organizational support.
Rhiannon Boyd has moved from service manager to the newly created operations manager role. Boyd has served as service manager at the company’s Upstate branch for the past two years and previously worked as a field technician. She has focused on operational performance, technician training and service consistency. As operations manager, Boyd will support service managers across all branches.
“We are excited to see Amity and Rhiannon step into these new roles,” said Caleb Walker, president of Walker Pest Management. “Both promotions reflect their leadership and the contributions they have made to the company.”
