WALTHAM, Mass. — Steve Arnold has been promoted from service technician to residential service manager of the company's home office branch in Waltham, Mass.
In his new role, Arnold will be responsible for managing residential customer service and the activities of field service personnel. The home office branch is one of the company's nine branches, and stretches from metro Boston to Worcester County.
Currently, Arnold is leading Waltham Services' Small Repair Division and spearheading the company's Pocket Pest Pac integration piece for Sentricon.
Arnold has been with Waltham Services for three years and lives with his wife in Ayer, Massachusetts.
