WALTHAM, Mass. — Ernest Pitti has joined Waltham Services as regional operations manager. Based in Agawam, Mass., Pitti he will oversee the company's branch offices in Connecticut and western Massachusetts. He will provide leadership and customer service expertise to promote the company's high service standards.
Pitti has an extensive background in service operation management. He joins Waltham having served four years as customer care manager at Sara Lee Corporation. Previously, he was sales manager at Interstate Brands. Pitti lives with his wife and family in Enfield, Conn.
