PROVIDENCE, R.I. - This past winter was the second warmest on record in Rhode Island and experts say the warm winter could mean a huge year for bugs. Tony DeJesus from New England Pest Control told WPRI this crazy winter has got the insect world buzzing. New England Pest Control has been taking calls about fleas and ticks throughout the winter and experts say ticks and termites could become a big problem this year.
