BIRMINGHAM, Ala. — Waynes Pest Control, an Anticimex company, announced continued expansion in Tennessee with the acquisition of Priority Pest headquartered in Mt. Juliet, Tenn.
Waynes Pest Control is a $32 million firm that operates in Alabama, Tennessee and Mississippi.
Commenting on the announcement, Eric Frye, president of Waynes, said, “Partnering with the team at Priority Pest further strengthens our strategic growth in Tennessee while doubling our footprint in the Nashville market specifically.
