BIRMINGHAM, Ala. — Waynes Pest Control recently acquired Southeastern Termite & Pest Control, Mobile, Ala., which has served Baldwin County and surrounding areas since 1994.
“For several years we have been looking for the right partner to expand our presence in the Gulf Coast," said Shawn Hollis, president of Wayne. “Mike and the Southeastern team share like-minded values and a customer-first approach very similar to ours.”
Mike Hollis, owner of Southeastern Termite & Pest Control, added,
“As difficult of a decision as it is to hand over your passion project to someone else, I know both our team members and customers will thrive in the Waynes family through their continued commitment to integrity, courage, perseverance, and character.”
Waynes, an Anticimex company operating in Alabama, Tennessee and Mississippi, serves over 140,000 customers. The company is celebrating its 50th year in business.
