BIRMINGHAM, Ala. — Waynes Pest Control, an Anticimex company, announced the acquisition of Donnie’s Total Pride Pest Control, a family-owned company serving Port St. Joe, Fla., and surrounding communities for over 30
years. The acquisition expands Waynes’ footprint in the Florida Panhandle.

The transaction was facilitated by Rand Hollon of Preferred Business Brokers, based in Ocala, Fla., who served as
the exclusive broker for the deal.
Waynes Pest Control now serves more than 150,000 customers in Alabama, Mississippi, Tennessee, and the Florida Panhandle.
