Upcoming Webinar: Baiting is Best for Subterranean Termites

Len Land

During the one-hour “Baiting Is Best” webinar, two industry veterans will share how termite baits add value for their customers, employees and businesses.

Len Land is a 25-year pest management industry veteran and owner of Coppermines Pest Control, a rapidly growing company based in Murrayville, Ga. Before purchasing his company in 2004, Land worked for Orkin as a technician and sales manager, and with Arrow Exterminators as a technician and then branch manager. Land has worked extensively with termite baits since 1995. He serves as the co-chair of the educational committee for the Georgia Pest Control Association and previously served as an association regional director.

Mark Nadolski

Mark Nadolski gave up a successful retail business in 1997 to join his father-in-law’s pest management company, Russell’s Pest Control in Knoxville, Tenn. In 2011, he and his wife purchased the company and he serves as its chief operating officer. Knowing “absolutely nothing” about pest control when he joined the company, Nadolski says one of his first assignments was to manage a termite bait trial on 30 properties for his father-in-law, who at the time was skeptical about the concept but curious enough to give it a try. Today, Russell’s serves more than 5,000 termite customers with baiting as its main service approach. Nadolski is a past president of the Tennessee Pest Control Association.
