DENVER, Colo. — Whitmore Pest and Wildlife Control celebrated Independence Day by displaying the American flag in a unique fashion. The company took to new heights, literally, by flying the flag from their state-of-the-art Tracked Aerial Lift in front of the West Douglas County Fire Station.

By choosing the West Douglas County Fire Station as the location to display the flag, Whitmore Pest and Wildlife Control aimed to honor and support the local heroes who selflessly protect and safeguard the community, the company said in a press release.

The arbor pro lift, renowned for its versatility and reliability, was the perfect tool for the job. With its exceptional stability and precision control, Whitmore ensured the flag was flown with the utmost respect.

The team at Whitmore carefully hoisted the flag, ensuring it soared high above the fire station, catching the attention of passersby and spreading patriotic fervor throughout the area.

"As a company deeply committed to our community, we wanted to take this opportunity to celebrate the spirit of freedom and honor the courageous firefighters of West Douglas County," said Wilson Christner, co-owner of Whitmore Pest and Wildlife Control.

Christner is a red card certified wildlife firefighter honored as 2017 Firefighter of the Year in his department, and the West Douglas County Firefighter Lieutenant.

"Flying the American flag from our Tracked Aerial Lift was our way of paying tribute to our nation and the dedicated individuals who keep us safe every day," Christner added.
