DENVILLE, N.J. — William A. Kolbe, owner of Wakolbe Consulting, celebrated his 45th year in the urban entomology and structural pest control industry. Kolbe has held various leadership positions throughout his career, such as chairman of the National Pest Management Association’s rodent committee, chairman of the Copesan Technical Committee and member of the Pi Chi Omega board of directors. He wrote chapter 14 of the 9th edition of the Mallis Handbook of Pest Control. Kolbe also served in the United States Army Reserves and retired from the military in 2002 after 28 years of service.
