Woods Pest Control Acquires Accurate Termite & Pest Solutions

REDDING, Calif. – Woods Pest Control, a third-generation, family-owned company serving Northern California since 1980, announced its acquisition of Accurate Termite & Pest Solutions, effective Sept. 1. This move strengthens Woods’ presence across the region.

Owned by siblings Jacqui Clark and David Harmon, Woods Pest Control has grown from a small local operation to servicing more than 6,000 customers and employing 32 team members. This acquisition follows the company’s expansion into Humboldt County in 2012.

“We’re honored to carry forward the strong reputation that Mike Deck and the Accurate team have built,” said co-owner Jacqui Clark. “Our goal is to make this a seamless transition for customers and technicians alike—with the same pricing, same people, and even better support behind them.”

Technicians from Accurate Termite & Pest Solutions have joined the Woods team.
