LITITZ, Pa. — On Jan. 19, Woodstream Corporation, manufacturer Victor® and Havahart® brand products, has acquired Dr. T’s Nature Products, manufacturer of animal repellents.
“I think the Victor and Havahart product lines will have good synergies with the Dr. T’s products,” said Mike Goldstein, PCO sales manager, Woodstream. “The move just makes a lot of sense for everyone involved.”
Goldstein said that Woodstream is in the process of receiving Dr. T’s products, and that ultimately Dr. T’s customers will benefit from the fact that products will be shipped from Woodstream’s multiple warehouse locations.
At this time no decisions have been made regarding any Woodstream management re-structuring as a result of the acquisition, Goldstein added.
