Woodstream Acquires Fi-Shock; Bird-B-Gone to Represent Bird Repel Product Line

Woodstream announces the acquisition of Fi-Shock. The company also entered into an agreement with Bird-B-Gone to represent and provide installation support for the Bird Repel product line.

LITITZ, Pa. — Woodstream, manufacturer of Victor rodent control products and Havahart live animal cage traps, acquired Fi-Shock on Feb. 11. Fi-Shock manufactures and markets electric and high-tensile fencing products that are used to contain and/or exclude livestock, pets and wildlife, including the Bird Repel system. The Bird Repel System provides a unique solution to bird roosting and nesting across a broad spectrum of commercial applications.

Woodstream also announced that on March 14, it entered into an agreement with Bird-B-Gone to represent and provide installation support for the Bird Repel product line. Bird-B-Gone provides a variety of bird control products as well as support and service to the professional pest management industry.
