Xterminator Pro Announces Trio of Promotions

Xterminator Pro President Billy Craft recently announced several internal promotions in the Aegis General Insurance pest control insurance division:

 

• Maegan Costello has been promoted to Underwriter.  Maegan has also served as an Underwriting Assistant and an Assistant Underwriter since joining the division in April 2017.  She has a lengthy background in the insurance profession, having worked in her family’s retail agency in Massachusetts before relocating to Florida. Maegan has grown in her positions with the division and has deservedly garnered additional responsibilities throughout her tenure. Most recently, she has demonstrated her dedication to the strategic business plan by her instrumental role in the development, testing, deployment and training of the Account Management Portal, a key component of the growth in highly profitable GL business. 

• Bradley Craft has been promoted to Assistant Underwriter.  With Xterminator Pro since October 2017, Bradly most recently served as an Underwriting Assistant.  He holds both a Florida 220 insurance license and Florida pest control license, which demonstrates his depth of knowledge in insurance products and in the pest profession. Bradley is able to analyze the risk profile of insureds while understanding their daily operations. It is truly a unique combination of backgrounds and skill sets that has benefited the division and its customers.

• Carmen Occhipinti has been promoted to Vice President Underwriting.  Carmen has been an integral part of the division’s operations and growth for 25 years, diligently serving in a wide variety of capacities since 1997. Carmen’s talents and dedication are unparalleled; she manages the Underwriting Assistants team, oversees daily operational underwriting and reporting functions, develops the aforementioned Account Management Portal, serves as the primary new business underwriter, and continues to be a systems, historical and technical resource for the entire team, all while maintaining her own book of renewal accounts and serving assigned brokers. She is truly the heartbeat of Xterminator Pro, and her innumerable contributions to our past, present and future successes are undeniable and irreplaceable.

 

Billy Craft urged his Xterminator Pro and Aegis General Insurance colleagues to join him  in congratulating these team members in their well-deserved recognition and in wishing them continued success in their respective new roles with the division. Craft said, “I’m sure you share my appreciation in their contributions to the division’s ongoing attainment of growth and profitability goals.”
