TUCSON, Ariz. – Truly Nolen recently announced the promotion of Yadnier Gil to manager of the company’s South Miami (Fla.) service office at 19705 South Dixie Highway, Cutler Bay.
Gil joined the company in 2016. Following completion of the company’s manager-in-training program, he most recently spent the last several months as assistant manager in South Miami. Prior to joining Truly Nolen, Gil was in the restaurant industry, where he most recently worked as a manager at Pei Wei in Miami.
Some of Gil’s new responsibilities will include helping the service office gain more visibility with the local South Miami community as well as instilling the company’s core values throughout his team. “I enjoy providing unsurpassed quality service for our customers,” said Gil. “I am most excited about leading my team towards our common goal of success.”
“Despite being relatively new to our company, Yadi excelled in our M-I-T program and is passionate about everything he does,” said Rafael Masferrer, Truly Nolen District Manager, South Florida. “I know he will continue to excel in his new role, and we are happy to have him as a member of our South Miami team.”
