SCHAUMBURG, Ill, — The Zoëcon Professional Products (ZPP) division of Central Life Sciences announced the hiring of Scott Harris, to the position of Western region sales manager. Harris will be responsible for the pest control and food processing business needs in California.
Harris brings nine years of industry experience to the position, most recently as the senior technical representative for Bell Laboratories, Inc., where he grew the Pacific Northwest territory by an average of 11 percent per year. He is also an active member of the Pest Control Operators of California (PCOC) association.
“We’re very excited to welcome a professional of Scott’s caliber and enthusiasm to the Zoëcon team,” said Larry Smith, director of sales for Central Life Sciences. “His level of industry knowledge and customer service will be an ideal fit for our California pest control market and we anticipate him contributing greatly to our team.”
Harris graduated from California State University (Chico, Calif.) where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in business management with an option in marketing. Harris currently resides in Folsom, Calif. with his wife and two children.
