Group Berkem
By combining advanced AI technology with a deep understanding of termite biology, NOVATERM® introduces a new termite service model. The system alerts PMPs when subterranean termite activity is detected in the bait station or when a station requires servicing, helping to deliver faster, more precise treatments while strengthening long-term customer relationships, the company said.
At PestWorld 2025, Oct. 21-24, the Groupe Berkem will be exhibiting at booth No. 200.
“NOVATERM® gives PMPs the confidence to detect termites proactively and the flexibility to act quickly,” said Olivier FAHY, Chairman and CEO of Groupe Berkem. “It’s easy to install, simple to inspect, and designed to perform in real-world conditions. Every station provides actionable information that technicians can use to guide treatment decisions.”
Benefits for PMPs:
- Around-the-clock monitoring, fewer callbacks: Receive timely notification that indicates when stations need servicing, enabling more precise treatments.
- Faster service, less guesswork: Technicians can install and inspect stations quickly, pinpointing exact locations of activity.
- Added value for customers: Build trust through proactive service and visually informative reporting.
“Homeowners appreciate when technology allows for more precise, data-driven service,” added Nancy KLEPERIS, Country Manager USA, “NOVATERM® helps PMPs deliver that kind of trust-building service—and that’s what drives long-term business growth.”
In Florida, Louisiana, Arkansas and New Mexico, PMPs can use a state-registered termiticide bait approved by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) from our partner Ensystex to address termite activity when detected. This provides a targeted approach when control is needed, reducing the broad use of termiticide baits in each station.
PMPs simply follow the label until activity has ceased, then resume monitoring.
At PestWorld 2025, Oct. 21-24, the Groupe Berkem booth will be exhibiting (#200).
