Beyond the Pest is a podcast from the Urban Pest Management Technical Committee (UPMTC). In each episode UPMTC members share their experiences in the hopes of inspiring and informing individuals about career paths within the pest management industry, particularly those leading to technical roles. Discussions are led by hosts and UPMTC members Mike Thome, technical services manager, Rentokil, and Jennifer Sweeney-Ingram, technical director of All-American Pest Control, Nashville, Tenn.
